Incubion Inc. served as the official supervisor for robotics trials conducted in the “Robot Experience,” a flagship initiative of the Smart Mobility Expo program at Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025, built around a concept central to Incubion’s work: designing the people, environments, and systems needed for robots and humans to coexist sustainably.

Across shared spaces throughout the Expo site, centered on the dedicated pavilion “Robot & Mobility Station,” Incubion supported trial scenario planning, on-site risk assessment, and visitor-facing robot information through RobotATTA! — covering 60 robot models from 24 companies and organizations in Japan and abroad. Through this work, Incubion helped create environments where robots and people could operate alongside one another through both real-world services and live demonstrations.

The dedicated pavilion welcomed more than 1.3 million visitors over the Expo period. Participating organizations reported meaningful learning from their time on site, and the initiative created a rare opportunity for robot developers and users to engage in practical dialogue grounded in live conditions, and to reflect on what wider robot adoption will genuinely require.
