Description:
Incubion is a growing startup providing public testing opportunities for companies with working prototypes or emerging products in the field of service robotics. We call our testing platform a “social robotics lab”.

When the world needs to let go of human physical contact, robots become a solution. To preserve social interaction under situations of risk. Robotics offers new opportunities to face these new challenges. We are urgently looking for staffs/interns supporting us to help launching brand new service that enables robot seekers and robot providers to build a professional rapport leading to co-creation.

Your role is not only to support day-to-day development, but we would like you to work closely with us in the whole process of the project, from planning to evaluation. It is an exciting position with significant challenges and opportunities.

Key accountabilities:
Support to build data platform (English/Japanese)

What you will do:

• Participate in a team meetings to understand the project
• Learn about a global overview of the industry
• Collect particular information from designated sources
• Aggregate information and build a structured dataset
• Communicate with partner/collaborators to improve quality
• Support us in conducting usability tests of the service
• Help and support service implementation
• Support preparing client presentation documents
• Manage other ad hoc tasks

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
・Business-level written and verbal communication skills in English
・Business-level written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
・Strong interest in Marketing, and user experience design
・Knowledge of human-machine interaction is advantageous but not a requirement
・Proactive planning, problem-solving, team-working skills
・Communicative and open-minded mentality
・Enjoys working with hands-on tasks 
・Curiosity, tenacity, quality-oriented mindset
・Experience with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google spreadsheet)is required
