Registered users can post information such as case studies, robot profiles, and user needs.

To ensure that people searching for robot information can easily understand and rely on what they find, RobotATTA! maintains clear posting guidelines.
These guidelines specify what types of content are permitted and what are not.

1 Post

At RobotATTA!, a post refers to an case study where a robot has been operated outside of a laboratory or development environment—specifically, where it has been used by end users for actual tasks or functions.
This includes both ongoing services and time-limited pilot or demonstration projects conducted in user or test environments.

Case studies are valuable sources of insight for people seeking robots, as they help illustrate each robot’s performance, operating conditions, and effectiveness in achieving its intended purpose.
To prevent misunderstandings about a robot’s capabilities, content that may cause misrepresentation may be withheld from publication during the review process.
For example, the following types of content are not permitted:

• Images or videos generated using computer graphics (CG) or generative AI
• Images or videos taken using robot models or mock-ups
• Images or videos that have been edited or manipulated in a way that alters factual details about the robot’s design, functions, or environment
• Images or videos depicting the robot performing actions that it cannot actually perform

RobotATTA! expects case studies to feature real photographs or videos captured at actual deployment sites.
Content that has been excessively modified or edited in a way that compromises factual accuracy may be restricted during review.
As an exception, subtitles, text overlays, or visual effects added for promotional materials may be accepted only when the primary intent is to introduce the robot’s real-world application.

To make case studies more useful to all viewers, we recommend submissions that meet the following conditions:

• The image or video clearly and vividly shows how the robot is being used
• Both the robot and the environment or person operating it are visible

2 Robot Profile

A robot profile provides information about a specific robot’s appearance, specifications, features, and usage or sales status.
To ensure accuracy, RobotATTA! expects profiles to be registered primarily by the developer or company that possesses the robot’s original technical information.
(A corresponding membership level is required for registration.)

Profiles can be registered for robots still under development, regardless of whether they have been commercialized.
However, content that could mislead users about the robot’s specifications may be withheld from publication during the review process.
The following types of content are not permitted:

• Registrations made by anyone other than the developer or company responsible for the robot (except authorized representatives with delegated rights)
• Information about robots whose existence cannot be verified
• Content that significantly deviates from the definition of “robot” as specified in the Terms of Use
• Images generated by CG or AI used as representations of the robot’s appearance
• Information about models, mock-ups, or non-functional replicas of robots
• Edited or altered photographs that misrepresent the robot’s actual appearance

All case studies are linked to the corresponding robot profiles of the robots featured in them.
Because specifications determine where and how a robot can be applied, even models within the same series that differ in configuration or specifications must be registered as separate entries.

Specifications submitted may be adjusted—without changing their meaning—to match RobotATTA!’s designated formatting or unit conventions during review.

To make robot profiles more informative for all users, we recommend that appearance images meet the following conditions:

• The image clearly focuses on the robot being introduced
• The background contains no, or minimal, unrelated objects or visual distractions

3 Other restrictions

RobotATTA! seeks to promote the use of robots that contribute to a more prosperous and fulfilling society for all.
We are committed to ensuring that people of all races, genders, and ages can use this platform safely and confidently.

As a platform that values safety, fairness, and contribution to sustainable social development, RobotATTA! does not permit content of the following nature:

• Content that infringes on the rights of others
• Content containing false or misleading information
• Information about robots designed or intended for acts of violence, homicide, or robbery
• Information about robots designed or intended for sexual acts or sexual gratification

Users may post information at their discretion; however, to prevent fraudulent data collection, solicitation, scams, extortion, or other security risks, the following types of posts may be rejected in whole or in part during the review process:

• Posts containing personal data or personally identifiable information
• Posts containing links that lead to external forms requesting user input
• Links that prompt file downloads or executable programs
• Links that lead to phishing, hacking, or otherwise unsafe websites
• Links that clearly have no relation to the associated robot or user information
